To change your recurring gift payment information or to increase/decrease/cancel your recurring donation, please email your request to donations@archive.org. Please include your full name in your email so that we may easily locate you in our systems.
While it is not required, we greatly appreciate hearing your feedback and reasons for cancellation. These comments are incredibly helpful in improving our services.
Should you wish to manually control your payment details without emailing donations@archive.org, you may consider setting up your donation via PayPal. You can update your payment information directly on their dashboard. Please see the following help center article for instructions.
